About ME

Hey guys, my name is Ron, born in The Netherlands. I was an IT-engineer for over 30 years with always a great passion for fishing. After a heart disease I decided to sell my companies and from now on just go for fishing and enjoy the nature to relax. First I was asked to do some studying and work as a wildlife fisheries officer. Actually all the time I was allround fishing, and after a mistake from my mom (we were talking about where to start my fishing trip) I went to Curaçao first for fishing, actually she ment Aruba. Once there I was fascinated from the ocean, and stayed. I started specializing the Caribbean, documenting all about the species here. Now I want to share all of my experience’s about saltwater fishing. I’m working together with several nature conservations now, to protect our wildlife and try to get a better sustainable fishing. After several years I met Marbie, we had a vision getting more public and so we decided to start up Malaga Fishing Adventures with an own TV channel named South Spain Fishing Channel where we currently are working at, it will start 2023.
